By purchasing Turkish real estate, you can obtain a residence permit “ikamet” in Turkey. Along with the property owner can obtain residency their immediate family, children under the age of 18, and a spouse.
If you plan to stay in Turkey for more than 90 days within 180 days, you will need to apply for a residence permit.
To obtain a residence permit in Turkey, you will need to provide the following documents:

- Four biometric photographs
- Turkish Tax ID Number
- Title Deed, Tapu, confirming that you are the owner of Turkish real estate
