Residence Permit "Ikamet" in Turkey through Real Estate Investment

By purchasing real estate in Turkey, you can obtain a residence permit (“ikamet”) in Turkey. Along with the property owner, immediate family members, including a spouse and children under 18 years of age, may also obtain residency.

If you plan to stay in Turkey for more than 90 days within 180 days, you are required to apply for a residence permit.

  • Valid passport (including photo, identity information page, and the page with the last entry stamp into Turkey)
    • Four biometric photographs
    • Turkish Tax Identification Number
    • Title Deed (Tapu) confirming ownership of real estate in Turkey
